Discovery sprint
Workshops, a process map, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the build.
Before anything is built, I learn how your business works today and what it should look like. You leave with a written plan, a prototype you can click through, and a fixed price for the build. The fee is credited to the build if you go ahead.
- Two or three workshops with your team
- Process map of the workflow we are improving
- Clickable prototype of the key screens
- Technical plan and fixed-price quote
